Learn strategies to create and maintain a low-stress environment, how to identify & respond to ‘red flags’, and tips for communicating in times of crisis.

Back to School Bash – Young Women’s Resource Center (ywrc.org)
There will be a Bike Back to School Giveaway where 100 bikes, helmets and locks are given away. It is first come first served and it is intended for children under 10 years old who qualify for free or reduced lunch. It will be held August 7th from 11:00am to 1:00pm at Pioneer Columbus Community Center in Des Moines. Free books and hot dogs are also provided. Please see the attached flyer.
